This Oriental home design is a serene sanctuary that beautifully reflects the rich traditions of Eastern aesthetics. The C-Victorian
This home exudes timeless elegance through a rich dark wood color scheme that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space showcases intricately crafted furniture with deep mahogany and walnut finishes, enhancing the classic charm of traditional English design.

For this interior which defined by multiple exposed beams, the introduction of a curved and minimalist ceiling design becomes essential. This design approach gently softens the visual impact of the structural elements, balancing their raw presence with clean, flowing lines. The result is a more harmonious and inviting atmosphere—where the contrast between structure and softness creates a refined spatial experience. The Chateau
This project features a gracefully curving façade that exudes modern elegance while seamlessly blending with a soft cream color palette. The gentle curves soften the overall architectural form, creating a welcoming and fluid visual experience. To add warmth and texture, carefully integrated wood accents complement the cream tones, introducing natural elements that enhance the façade’s depth and character.
The Nostalgia
A cozy mid-century sanctuary adorned in rich earth tones, olive greens, burnt orange, and warm browns anchored by clean lines, natural wood, and gentle curves that exude timeless elegance. Modern LED strip lighting enhances the ambiance, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that flows seamlessly throughout the space.
The Boo
A instagrammable F&B concept stall which able to fit 20-30pax. The main point we have to focus in will be adding special feature for the shop such as a “Lei Cha” pot feature at the entrance & a mysterious hole at the walkway. Special feature will definately enhance the concept of minimalist young theme we implemented for the space. We created a boo for booooos!
Serenekase
The design defines serenity element by a state of being calm, peaceful and untroubled. We would love this positive state of mind of you won’t feel as troubled by life’s ups and downs to be able to feel in a space. Beautiful curves and calming lights inspired by japanese fabric textures and their calmness of facing life. Details of space being exposed and gathers around human in one area is well planned following by the needs of an Japanese omakse experience.
The Beyond
This interior offers a charming and inviting “Bean”-like shopfront interior. This leads to a place where everyone can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge in the simple pleasure of a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. With its warm ambiance, charming decor, and whimsical touches, this coffee shop is sure to become a beloved neighborhood gem for coffee lovers of all ages.
Leafy Shade
This salon is modern, nature-inspired retreat where beauty and balance meet. With flowing curves throughout, from arching mirrors to cozy seating, it creates a calming, elegant space that reflects the grace of tree branches. More than a salon, it’s a serene escape for rejuvenation. Pretty curves details inspired also acts an important role on display shelves and wall partitions.
The Boo 2
The exterior features a striking art installation of ‘’Lei Cha’’ Grinding Pot, inviting curiosity from passers-by and designed to spark social media buzz. Inside, minimalist decor is warmed by earthy tones and recycled materials, creating an inviting yet edgy ambiance. Interactive joinery was added with a concept of “The space feels better when you share”. The goal is to make the shop a must-visit experience for the trendsetting crowd.
The “Kampung”
Infused with the spirit of kampung batik, this vibrant kiosk design stands out with eye-catching orange tones that naturally invite appetite and attention. The bold, enlarged signage makes an impactful statement, effectively drawing in passersby and enhancing street-level visibility.
Reviving the Roots
A beautifully curated theme highlighted by stunning ceiling details offers a unique visual connection to the kitchen area. Rich dark wood tones paired with bamboo textures bring warmth and depth, transforming a simple space into something truly extraordinary — a design that tells a story to potential buyers and enhances its market appeal.

A new space to break the old rules. In this modern generation, an lifestyle office will definately increase employees interest to work in the office. Implemented plants and colours which fit to their logo element. Besides, to match their technology company characteristic, metal element is added to create a cool yet futurisctic feeling for the ambience. An brand new open and flexible space is also a main consideration to have a flexibility to move and adjust the space based on their needs.
The Beaute
A pinky dream space for girls to attract correct target audiences. Cute minimalist relaxing space design with curvy shape to soften the space. Fully utilizes the triangular layout to create a comfortable large lounge space for the customers nor visitors. Thus, fancy prints on the featured reception will be the focus point among the entired space.
Unrefined Truth
A salon with a Wabi-Sabi-inspired interior design features a striking yet harmonious green ceiling, accounting for 35% of the space’s visual palette. This thoughtful infusion of green adds a sense of vitality and connection to nature, beautifully contrasting with the muted earth tones and raw textures of the walls and furnishings. Guests are welcomed into a calming and restorative environment that seamlessly blends organic elements with understated elegance.
